Set up Opening Hours

Opening hours are the times during which your shop is open for business. To avoid customers placing orders outside of your opening hours, these hours need to be defined.

To set up your opening hours, go to your Account, and click on Opening Hours

  1. Define your Time Zone by selecting your time zone
  2. Update your business hours in the calendar
  3. Make sure to tick Open
  4. Click Save

What happens if a customer tries to checkout outside of business hours?

  1. If your store doesn't Open on a specific day, the customer will receive a message that your store/service is closed.
  2. If your store is currently Open but not in business hours, the customer will receive a message showing your opening hours.
