How Self-checkout Works
In-store Ordering
Customers can order from inside your store. Here’s what you’ll do:

  1. Scan store code from inside the store
  2. Access store products from inside
  3. Purchase and send a message
  4. Customer payment verification is made
  5. Customer can show digital receipt and leave
Curbside Ordering

Customers can order from outside the store. Here’s what you’ll do:
  1. Scan store code from outside the store OR access the store from within the MineOrder app
  2. Access store products from outside
  3. Purchase and send a message
  4. You'll get a message back when the order is ready
  5. Pick up your order from outside of the store
Table side ordering
Customers can now order directly from a table at a restaurant. Here’s what you’ll do:
  1. Customer scans menu code at the table OR access the menu from within the MineOrder app
  2. Customer makes their order in the MineOrder app
  3. Send a message about particulars of your order

  4. You get a message back that the order is on its way

At home/online ordering
Customers can place orders in the mobile app from home. Here’s what you’ll do:
  1. Customer scans the store code from pc or from your social media campaigns OR access the store from within the MineOrder app
  2. Purchase and send a message
  3. Customer payment verification is made
  4. Customer comes and pick it up or the store will deliver
